Com foco em integradores, revendas de valor agregado (VARs) e canais dedicados ao SMB, a Mude inicia a distribuição das soluções da Airspan Networks, especializada em redes de acesso WiMAX e Wi-Fi, no mercado nacional.

A comercialização das novas linhas e a gerência da nova frente de negócios está sob responsabilidade da unidade de convergência IP da distribuidora, que espera atender mercados emergentes que apresentam carência de redes digitais de aceso à internet, principalmente na esfera pública.

Por meio da utilização de frequências não-licenciadas, as companhias miram redes públicas municipais, estaduais e federais, além de rodovias, portos, aeroportos, cidades digitais, projetos de educação pública, comunicação VoIP, entre outros segmentos. Já em modo licenciado, a oferta deve atingir operadoras e provedores de acesso e serviços.


O portfólio da fabricante inclui rádios Wi-Fi ponto-a-ponto e ponto-multiponto de alta velocidade, rádios e unidades de base WiMAX, CPE indoor e outdoor, dispositivos e telefones WiMAX, adaptadores USB WiMAX, gerenciadores Wi-Fi e WiMAX, controladores e otimizadores VoIP Wireless e acesso de banda larga sem fio.


Em busca de canais especializados em rádio-comunicação, a Mude pretende aplicar a estratégia de certificação, treinamento e desenvolvimento de projetos na qualificação da nova rede.
